Studio owner, Michelle Moruzzi, has always had a love for fitness and exercise. "I feel good when I'm exercising and moving, and I don't feel great when I miss a workout. So, I do Pilates six days a week, and I'm happy. The possibilities are endless with what you can do on Pilates equipment, so I'm never bored and always trying new things. And I love how inclusive Pilates is! You don't have to have a certain body type, or be a certain age. My youngest client is 12, and my oldest client is 92!" Michelle has a Master's Degree in Education, and opened her studio in 2015. She is Balanced Body certified and certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates. She welcomed her second child in October 2019.
