Studio owner, Michelle Moruzzi, has always had a love for fitness and exercise. "I feel good when I'm exercising and moving, and I don't feel great when I miss a workout. So, I am committed to doing Pilates six days a week, and my mind and my body are happy! The possibilities are endless with what you can do on Pilates equipment, so I'm never bored and always trying new exercises. I especially love how inclusive Pilates is! You don't have to have a certain body type, or be a certain age to do Pilates. My youngest client is 12, and my oldest client was 92!" Michelle has a Master's Degree in Education, and is always learning and loves teaching others. She opened her first studio in 2015. She is Balanced Body certified and certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates. She welcomed her second child in October 2019 right before the Covid-19 pandemic .
